Cirro Logistics Leases Full-Building Warehouse

Clarion/MRP land full-building warehouse tenant in Burlington Township, New Jersey

Cirro Logistics signed one of the largest industrial leases of the fourth quarter. The company will occupy the entire 750,787-square-foot Building 750 at The Crossings in Burlington Township, New Jersey. Cirro provides cross-border and domestic shipping, warehousing and order fulfillment for e-commerce businesses.

The building is part of a large mixed-use redevelopment at the former Burlington Center mall. Clarion Partners and MRP Industrial are leading the project. Additionally, the redevelopment places industrial uses at the core of a broader mixed-use plan.

Clarion and MRP acquired the closed mall in early 2019 for $22 million. They targeted the site for its strong access to interstate networks and nearby population centers. The team initially planned a fully industrial redevelopment. However, they shifted to a mixed-use approach after discussions with local officials and community members.

The $600 million project now blends major warehouse buildings with supporting retail, multifamily and hospitality uses.
